This dress is a throwback to Victorian times but with a bit of gothic glam. This dress is made of red taffeta. There is an underskirt hemmed with black lace and a gathered overskirt with more black lace. The skirt has been gathered in the back to create a bit of a bustle decorated with a large black satin bow. The corset style top is a red taffeta with a black lace overlay. A red ribbon goes down the center with tiny silver buckled. Layered over the corset top is a puff sleeve bolero with black lace trim. 
 
This dress has been made to fit the original G1 Standard Monster High doll.  The corset and skirt both have snap closures at the back.
