Well - no doubt that your Rainbow High doll will stand out in this neon pink and black outfit! The skirt has been made with black spandex that easily slides onto the doll with two layers of neon pink fringe at the hem.  The skirt has been paired with a strategically made fringe top that has a black trim at the neck forming a choker and another black trim around her waist.  The fringe has been cut into a vee shape for added interest!
 
This outfit has been made to fit the standard size Rainbow High dolls. The skirt slides onto the doll and the top has two snap closures at the back.
