This mini dress is made from a shimmer fabric that has a mermaid scale print on it.  The shimmer actually looks mostly blue but has hints of purple from some angles as well.
 
This dress is made to fit Bratz dolls and has a snap enclosure at the back. 
 
All items are made and stored in a smoke free and budgie friendly home studio.
